Job Title: Male Nurse (Home Care Without License)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Male Nurse to provide home care services to our clients. The Male Nurse will be responsible for delivering personalized medical and nursing care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate should have the necessary medical training, be empathetic, and be capable of providing high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
1. Assessment and Planning: Conduct initial assessments of patients to determine their healthcare needs and create individualized care plans.
2. Medical Care: Administer medications, treatments, and other medical interventions according to the care plan.
3. Monitoring: Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and progress regularly. Report any changes in the patient's condition to the healthcare team.
4. Personal Care: Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, if needed.
5. Wound Care: Provide wound care, dressing changes, and other specialized care as required.
6. Mobility Assistance: Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and exercises to maintain their physical well-being.
7. Nutrition: Ensure that patients have proper nutrition and assist with feeding as necessary.
8. Emotional Support: Offer emotional support to patients and their families, creating a compassionate and understanding environment.
9. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including care plans, progress notes, and medication logs.
10. Communication: Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, family members, and other caregivers to ensure comprehensive care.
11. Safety: Maintain a safe and clean home care environment, adhering to infection control practices.
Qualifications:
- Valid nursing home country license
- Proven experience as a nurse in a home care setting.
- Knowledge of home care procedures and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion and a patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to adapt to different patient needs and conditions.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining digital records.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required.
Working Conditions:
- This position involves providing in-home care to patients, which may require travel to various locations.
- Flexible hours and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays may be necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
